Surviving Minnesota!

Yesterday turned out to be a beautiful day after noon. I got my filter setup in the duck pond, cleaned and sanitized everything for our coming poultry shipment, and replaced a rusted out screen on a really old window.
While cleaning up for the day my son comes running inside the house all excited. The farmer that rents some of our land and the field around us stopped by and offered to let my son ride in the big plow tractor. I can’t tell you how thrilled my son was! By the time they dropped him off he had such a huge smile on his face! He kept rubbing his cheeks saying he couldn’t stop smiling 😄 The rest of the evening was spent with him explaining every bit of his ride around in the field😊
He’s watched them work the fields since he was 2, so this ment so much to him. He wants to be a farmer someday🙂
