In my case the test was not done for Lyme. The symptoms and red circular skin area were sufficient for diagnosis.
I believe Ralphie's request for the test when things are questionable is sound logic. Better safe than sorry.
One of my symptoms was a persistent low level head ache. I don't like taking medications and so avoid pain killers other than one baby aspirin a day, but that is for heart prevention.

Morning . I saw BC at the grocery store in Walker . She is doing fine . This was Saturday before Fathers day . Saw a bear cross the road the morning we left . Clear liquid this morning before CT scan . Yeah no coffee . Bummer .

Had CT scan . Results are back . Good news . Retest in 5 years . 2.8 centimeters in the renal (kidney) area . They only operate at 5 cm and above .

Very humid here . Coffee maker quit . Bought a new one . Finished the kitchen cabinet order . Got DW involved finally . Stressful . Rainy morning . On a plus note I can shower in soft water here . Enough iron water at the cabin I think my knees are rusting shut .
