I am not planting a garden this year. I don’t have time.

Another funeral today. it has been a rough couple of years. My dad passed in the nursing home august 2020 during covid, i think due to depression, they said dementia, but when I'd visit (outdoors, with masks on, no touching/hugging, etc. I would ask what he had for breakfast, he always said he wasn't hungry so he didn't have breakfast... how many meals wasn't he eating? who knows as we couldn't go in. He always seemed to know what I was talking about, never had an issue understanding me. He was skin and bones when he passed. Today was his last living brothers funeral. I only have one aunt left on my dad's side, lost 2 aunts last year as well, those i think were due to the vax. of course, they won't say that... rough couple of years...

Going fishing this weekend . Visit relatives and they are roasting a pig Saturday . Southern IL. and the sunfish are spawning there . Fish for the freezer . Poor Ralphie is so busy that he needs a break . All work and no play . Get out and enjoy the weekend everyone .
