I have a lupine blooming here . I am not sure if the ones at the lake survived last years dry spell . I may have to try again there .

Hope your power is back on! What a year for storms already, luckily everything has missed us. About 10 miles from my in laws was a tornado, luckily no one was injured but there's a ton of damage.

Had a video visit with the heart doctor . I am in heart flutter now . It is similar to AFIB . Trying to get prepared for travel up north next week .

Dropping in to say hello. We've had our chickens for about three weeks now and I'm looking ahead to having to run across the yard in 3 feet of snow, 2 or 3 times a day, next winter to take care of them!
We have 4 Rhode Island Reds, about 6 months old. Only one of them seems to be laying so far.

I am back from South Dakota. I am guessing, based on my trip, one should not go to a prairie and expect to get there limit of fish.
