We got a fart egg today! This is DWs tiny hand for scale

My SLW laid a fart egg well over a month ago and I still have it sitting on the window sill. DH is not impressed with my fart egg hoarding. Lol

Ejb the only reason I want the Tarentaise is because they are built for rough terrain where the angus and other breeds couldn't get. They r by far the prettiest cows we have and thw most docile. Being a great DP cow they produce and raise the most beautiful calves. I just have prefered them over other breeds.

I have a Creamette fart egg on the counter from a couple weeks back. They are just too cool to throw away. I am thinking I will throw it somewhat before the 4th of July.

I'm a collector of Fart Eggs as well. In My Bay window (behind the kitchen sink is a space of counter which I have decorated with a wood bowl of pine cones. And within the pine cones are birds nests the kids have found on the ground (we've talked about leaving the ones in the trees--there) And in the fallen birds nest are usually a collection of fart eggs. I'm out of fart eggs though now as they have all broke or crumbled. and it seems my layers are done laying and I need a new group of hens.

I love Fart Eggs.

Strangely enough I was also up until almost 1am this morning. I felt exhausted but for some reason couldn't get my mind to shut down and sleep.
