Beings I am wasting time.

Judy talked to our son last night telling him about a guy that was on his knees looking at his chicken from every angle, then would open the door move a feather, and crawl around looking up at the bird again, move the bird, move a feather and crawl around under it.


She had him on the speaker so I heard this. Judy was laughing about the guys behavior.  Then our son says to her " Did you tell Dad to stand up, get off his knees and stop acting like a fool?"


He is no longer on the Xmas present list....

So...even if I was hesitant before about giving the ax to the rest of the roosters, last night cinched the deal for them.  4 roosters ganged up on one hen and it took my husband beating them off with a rake to get them away from her!!!   Her head was all bloody and she is bald in a spot about the size of a half dollar now!  but she seems to be fine and eating well this morning.  (gang rape is not a pretty site in any species )

After work today, it's off with their heads!   What can I put on her neck....maybe antibiotic ointment or should I just leave it be?

If you have Bluecote, you could try that. At least others won't pick at her bald spot.

Lost the game. Our best defensive lineman was injured after trying to block a pass from the QB during the end of 1st quarter. Our QB can't pass and hasn't really all season so all of our passes were incomplete. The game could've gone a lot better with a little different angle on the game

Could not ask for a better day. Can't wait to hear about Hutch. Probaby won't get an update until late today, or tomorrow. My guess is it is exhausting...

Yeah.. I'm not sure why he's QB doesn't make sense. His passes are all to far and high.



Kenmare's QB is phenomenal he broke the national record for 9 man this year for yards passed in their games so far this year he's got 2815 yards. That's before our game today so that's about 350 yards a game. He's also gotten 38 touchdown passes this year alone.

Their team was also made up of big kids where we have to use receivers for our defense cause our kids are either BIG, medium, or tiny.

I cleaned the coop today. I think the chickens were happy
