I liked the Chicken people movie, I have never been to a chicken/poultry show so I learned a lot. It seemed like a cross between a movie and documentary I think. I was most surprised that my DH handed over the remote without a fight

Holm, you just let me know when your going to the Ohio National and I'll you! This years entry was over 6600 birds. Can you imagine? When I went is was slightly under 5000. Best in show was a duck this year. I loved Chicken People! Maybe Ralphie will like the next in the series "Turkey People"!

Holm, a Black Cayuga was the overall show winner this year. Must have benn one heck of a duck! The Ohio National has a website. Includes a virtual tour. They also have listed all the class winners & champions for all varieties. Its fun to see who won what!

I know. Thats why I mentioned it. And another reason you need to come. The Buckeye club is strong in Ohio! Take pride in their state chicken. They also have some meeting/ party at one of the hotels that I hear goes off the chain.

Had a somewhat busy day today... Finished half of my Cochin coop and finished some flooring on the house... Just finished supper now... It consisted of Fried Sausage, sauteed peppers and onions on a gorilla with cream cheese on it... Yum
