Babies - anything baby - is soooo cute!

Not just any babies. Those are my PC babies! I am so glad to have them, and I moved eggs to the hatcher, I had a full dozen good PC eggs!

Morning . Chicks due to hatch on 24 . No matter what I said before . Collected some scion / grafting sticks yesterday . Had to get them before they break bud . Warm weather has some trees breaking bud early .

Did I mention how I am surrounded by a bottomless swamp. Once spring comes someone trying to take my chicks will never be found again!


I have struggled and struggled to get early PC chicks. My old rooster while a super bird, just did not like having sex before June 1st. His sons are not that way.

I put a girl in their cage and 15 seconds later I have fertile eggs.

What It aint Spring yet?

Those of us in the Northern Banana belt are looking 6-12 inches of snow in the eye on Friday.....Friday why Friday? I have been working on the rollout of a new Payroll System for multiple schools and GO LIVE date is FRIDAY!
