Good morning to all. I am back inside due to the fact that we are currently experiencing a thunder storm in the Superior Highlands. I believe we just went through a two day dry spell which has now ended.
Ralphie, did anything of note come from your lunch meeting ? It seems that you provided some excitement with your game of deer dodging ? When I drove down I35 the other morning to train my race birds I saw evidence of some driver who has not developed the necessary skills to perfect black bear dodging. The DNR was loading up the unfortunate subject of that competition. The bear and not the driver. Ironically the location was quite close to the Black Bear Casino. You would think people would know to be very vigilant in that area ?

Deer Dodging is not nearly as dangerous as Bear Dodging is. I have seen Bear Dodging turn ugly several times. I might have seen more fatal or near fatal deer dodging contests, but percentage wise the Bear are far more dangerous..

I hope only the bear was "damaged" in this accident.

As far as something useful, with Jerry's knowledge and my brain picking ability, I might try to build a rose comb and cushion comb Legbar...
