Back from a parts run . Some frost this morning . Longville was warmer than here this morning 45 to our 37 . We still have leaves . Never reached good color .

Safe travels to Bantambird. Safe travels to each of you going to Hutch. Especially in the incoming weather. Is Bantambird traveling in on the front of that weather? ILLS - when do you travel again?
Gonna pay the subs for the business today and get out with the push mower and get leaves up off the lawn and get the insulation in the small coops to block out the wind.
That will probably max me out. Still go the cold going on and it wears me out.
This afternoon it gets cold out so I'd better get a move on it. Gud Day Chickeners.

M mom and I are leaving on Saturday at 5AM, should get there around 2PM. And staying with a family member until Sunday

Of course they do it....It is a Field Trip.....better yet you could use it as a mid trip stop. So much cheaper than stopping at a convenience store.

I'm certain my 6 year old would love it and probably the 3 year old. I can only imagine the "shopping list" the kids would come up with for what chickens we need to add to our flock.
