Surviving Minnesota!

Layers, from the facial expressions in that photo it seems all are much into the moment !
You really got up there for that play.

Memphis, 5400+ birds is quite a gathering and a lot of roosters crowing ! With live streaming a person can enjoy to a degree from afar.

It is 26 here this morning with forecast high of 32 I believe. A dusting of snow over night and 2 to 5 inches to come today. It makes one think about moving to the Minnesota Banana Belt !

Might as well stay put, EJB. 28 here with snow and or rain the next 3-4 days...I think the high is 34. Perfect temp to cause ice...

Good Morning!
Colder than a banchie this morning....ok ok ok it was 28 degrees but the wind died down so that is welcomed.

@Bantambird It was a pleasure to meet you and your mother, I look forward to seeing you and your mother at more shows.

Jerry - Enjoy your time with your grandson.

@duluthralphie & @holm25 - I hope you have successfully gotten Austin's voice out of your heads....he is still talking about you guys and how much fun he had. He even asked if he could show in Open Class next year so he could show against Holms. I thank you guys very much for putting up with him! I owe you big!

He is a good kid, I enjoy him immensely.

From this I gather he is afraid to show against me...

He is a good kid! And it's great to see more young kids interested in this "hobby"! He should definitely show some in open next year!

Morning peeps! Congrats to all at the show! We will also enjoy more photos of all the up coming new birds, birds kids. I've had a rough couple of weeks. my Boy, my Australian shepherd, has been throwing up since sunday night (he was fine all day sunday) and throwing up since. this morning at 5:30 he had a seisure. 800.00 later at the emergency vet, they don't know what is going on. or even if the throwing up and seizure is related. They gave him fluids, and anti-nausea meds. he is also very weak and wobbly, staggers when he walks. I'm worried sick. I've had many dogs, but Brox has my heart. I hope he starts showing signs of improvement. The only thing we can figure is he ate something in the yard, but don't know what... something rotten or molding in the compost?, maybe a neighbor poisoned a gopher and it came over?, or put poison along the fence line? we don't know... we are waiting to hear from our regular vet to see what he thinks...

Cluckies I am so sorry to hear about Brox. Definitely sounds like the poisoning of some type. I hope you guys figure this out!:hugs
