So today I ordered trees for rootstock . To be grafted later . 25 Harbin pear , the most cold hardy species . 25 American persimmon trees . All of these are mostly for wildlife but I will eat some myself . Persimmon for here as they will not survive at the lake . Some of Harbin pear will be grafted to Hudar for the Lake . Hudar is self fertile and zone 3 hardy . Hey BC pears for Longville .
