If all they are is cold you can leave them on the counter (if bloom isn't washed off) or put in the fridge. I'm a person that likes her counter space cleared and my reasons for putting them in the fridge is for counter space and years of habit.

I wash and refrigerate because of regulations on egg sales.
 
Morning... Had a late night of trimming butt fluff and writingg down bird IDs...
