Perfectly white.

My cockerel managed to get into a fight the night after county fair, so he's the slightest bit beaten up, but hopefully he'll be better by Thursday.

Sounds about right lol. My White rock males are constantly breeding each other... They aren’t a fan of their forced abstinence... I’ll have to take a video today of what they do when they see a female...

Took care of some excess cockerels today. I invited my family to help, $1 per bird if they came to help. In 2 hours 30 minutes all 40 were completely done and on ice. Wow! My mom still has the moves with a knife. And my daughter knows how to grab and stuff the culling cone.


My feed bill should be much better now.

Good afternoon we down sized the flock this morning 30 birds entering freezer camp. Hopefully be able to reorganize pens to separate some chickens out for Hutchinson. Daughters chickens are ready for state fair very productive weekend thus far

I wish my weekend was that productive! I have 30 some birds to process once the CornishX are ready... Except I don’t have many family members that’ll help

Yep! Last week I felt like I was melting and this morning I actually had to wear jeans and a t shirt, rather then my usual shorts and a cut off
