That’s my DH, he can fix anything mechanical and he can build stuff he’s very good at that stuff. His favorite is the mechanical. I have no talents whatsoever.

Does your DH like working bare handed in below zero weather...My bobcat needs someone that likes to do that to fix it...

I am going to wait for spring..I refuse to plow anymore snow this year.

He has a heated shop that he built. You just need to put heat in one of your buildings. You have the talent.

However, I might be low on the cash... I was just going to wait for Mnchickmom to remodel and grab the furnace she throws out.

That requires one to cut and split wood...at my age I am getting allergic to those activities...

DH is allergic to that too, getting old. He has both furnace and wood stove in the shop, the gas and electric bill are my responsibility so I get ticked off when he doesn’t split wood
