Holy Smokes! It felt kinda wet and icky, windy this morning. Chickens were acting weird; cows (normal) in their feeder.

But now, now it is 41 ABOVE zero with a 2mph breeze. I felt poopy, but now that I’ve looked at the thermometer I feel BETTER!!!

Fired up the incubator for one last hatch, hopefully I can get some bantam Orpington yet.

I've have a total of 4 fertile BOB eggs in the incubator so far...

Moved the 2 older chicks outside today. The lone younger one is not happy about it, but they were getting to big.
Went sledding for a couple hours, got some fun tracks to go down. I have to say there is something oddly fun about being drug behind a snowmobile on your stomach.

Better have a doctor look at it . I thought I had a hernia at about your age . It was blood poisoning from a wart removed on my foot . Mom knew what that lump and the red streak up my leg meant .

Appendix? Please get checked - especially if you develop a fever - high or low grade. Go to ER if it gets worse. DH’s appendix ruptured - three months of weekly checkups and five rounds of high powered antibiotics before he was declared well.
