Surviving Minnesota!

I might have to remind some of you,.....

Bride: I,_____, take thee,_____, to be my wedded Husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, cherish, and to obey, till death us do part, according to God’s holy ordinance; and thereto I give thee my troth.

The WW is not a great wife she seems to ignore this vow a lot....

We did not have the “obey” part in our vows. I didn’t want to make a promise I didn’t think I could keep.

They are @memphis!!

I am just inside the federal wildlife refuge... it surrounds me on three sides..

There “entering” sign is right here..as to not beat a dead horse too badly, I won’t tell you where they got the land from or how.

Anyways the city folk that don’t want squirrels or other little critters in their homes live trap them and bring them to the “wildlife refuge” to live a long happy free life..

Forcing me to have to kill the tree rats. I got 3 today before they scattered and the rain started..

It is like something from the movie “Willard”. Except with tree rats. You cannot believe the damage they do to my siding and screens..

I keep a loaded 22 in the entry just to welcome them properly...(except when kids are here)

:lau:lau:lau DH also has trouble understanding that there needs to be a boss and that I am the one most qualified.

I am being invaded!!

I need more cats... and I am thinking squirrel stew is in order... they are destroying my siding and screens.

It’s hard to beat a good squirrel stew. :thumbsup Chipmunks however are nothing more than painted up mice and just as useless (tho easier to shoot).

And this was certainly part of your vows as well. . .

Ephesians 5:25-27 King James Version (KJV)
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Allow fake Eilleeny to translate for you. . .
Christ was willing to die for the church (us) so that our sins could no longer be counted against us. .

Husbands must sacrifice the bleach for their wifes laundry and pretend it never happened :lau:lau:lau

It was not part of ours, I remember her having to vow to never covet my bleach though....... Ours had something about fishing in it too, I think I am being shorted on that come to think of it...
