Surviving Minnesota!

Not by him. Way too heavy for their diminutive girlish figures.

This assumes the girls are not the instigators of the bull hanging out around them. My vast experience has taught me boys are basically good people until girls like your girls, corrupt them. I would give you even money they started flirting with the innocent bull.... and he hung around for the favors they promised him.

:lau:lau:lau Oh no... I’m not sayin’ they’re not strutting their stuff like mad. They *want* him. He’s like a young Arnold back in the Conan days (if you’re a heifer anyway). He’s still too big, though. I’ve been warned to keep them safe from large breed bulls no matter how they pout and wheedle and cry. :old

Can you find the toad

The littles screamed and kicked. BUT they were put in my nice clean new bedding coop tonight with the bitties (big girls) and Sentry. They snuggled right next to that rooster and he took them under his wing. No pecking or nothing. Oh man is that rooster a love.

NO more brooder and pooping in my garage.

I believe you, Holm. Stuff does happen and maybe it would be just fine. All the same I’d just as soon not breed them to gigantic bulls.
But what do the girls want? If you hold the leash too tight they will break free and run away..... you can’t be “that” parent!!! Let them pick their own mates.
