I finally got to try duck... sort of. Peking duck. It was okay, but if that’s what duck tastes like I’m not sure it’s worth the work to process them. The restaurant had “crispy duck” too. Maybe I’ll go back and try that. Maybe it’ll knock my socks off... Otherwise the Fab Four might end up on permanent pest control duty. View attachment 1960617
