I did not get home with them until after dark.

So they had to stay in the trailer overnight. I have seen too many people bring livestock home in the dark and put them in a fence right away to make that mistake myself.
 
I wouldn't mind going down and picking one up. But DH told me that he doesn't like pork that much. (he must have forgot about bacon and ham.) Beef has been expensive and we've been eating through the deer that I do sometimes find I'm buying too many pork loins or pork chops. DH starts to complain...if I get on that roll.
 
Jerry. Today Gov. Walz will announce if we need to go beyond May 4th. Personally I think we're ready. Mayo and the U were suppose to only need a couple weeks to get their testing going. It's been a couple weeks. Just saying. Lakes are open and the Crappies are just barely starting to nibble. (a friend shared. Might be a little cold yet) Leech lost the rest of her ice yesterday I believe.
