I am watering the garden for 2 hours every other day.

My garden is mulched heavily this year or I’d be watering constantly. I’ve been watering the lawn a lot and it’s still brown in places, it takes all day moving hoses around.

We got 0.14 day before yesterday, so the grass is still green.

We still have green grass, but not much of it. It’s a terrible year for hay, as the fields are so thin.

Back home . Frustrated with hired help in two states . Not going to rant . Enough said . Tomato , squash and cucumber plants grew well while I was gone . Raspberries are getting ripe here . Hollyhocks are starting to bloom . Ralphie young fruit trees often drop most of their fruit or blossoms the first few years . My pears did this 2 years . Cherries are notorious for this . So maybe not your fault or lack of rain .

These trees are 5 I think.

They were large when I got them. The pears are about 5 inch diameter.
