It's been a busy spring and summer for us. Between warding off Avian Influenza, couple of farms and kids activities....boom summer is half over.

This cycle of storms we are in is killing or meager savings.

Hot and humid again today . 95 predicted with a heat advisory . It was so humid the windows fogged up .

The rescued dog - Al, standard pood.
He has epilepsy and is very high strung.
On meds. So I am afraid of taking him to a groomer until I find one I can trust and one that isn’t afraid


Poodles are a pain! Don’t ever get one

He couldn’t see very well with hair in his eyes. Poop was sticking to the tight little curls around his anus so I had a glass of wine or two… and got the clippers and got brave! He didn’t like it but I persevered and got it done!

I am ok . Procedure went well and they let me out at 4 PM . 10 pond weight restriction for a week .
