Put the plastic up on the north run, with my head lamp this evening. suppose to rain tonight, then turn colder. don't want the ground to freeze in the run. I have a chicken that is, and has been wheezing for awhile. i've been using VetRx on her, it helps some when I put it on, but wears off, then she is back to it. does anyone know what can help? I don't see anything else other than she barely eats anything now.

Last warm day here . 77 yesterday set a new record . Might set another today . Then highs in the 30's . Going to feel cold . So I ordered some nut trees yesterday . Did not have to win a raffle . Gee I miss Ralphie .

Gonna get cold here too--got up to 67 today but has dropped about 15 degrees in the last hour.

It's 17°F here, windy and spitting snowflakes. This is the warmest it has gotten today.

Indeed Ralphie is missed.

Past the usual first snow here, no snow flakes yet

I need a new resonator on my truck exhaust . Pick it up today . Grandson has my torch needed to cut bolts off . So going to see when he has the time .

A dusting of snow this morning, never got above 30.
Chickens are being spoiled this afternoon with half of a baked pumpkin
Still no eggs from them, they are either 22 or 23 weeks old.
