Suspected mites/lice on chicks

Hello, my new chicks are constantly itching and scratching, and I am a bit worried. I am planning on making a small dust bath and I am not opposed to using Sevin. What are the proportions to making a dustbath without DE?

Do you see any lice on them?For chicks i would use a spray on product.
