Suspicious chick!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!

I recently got 5 chicks but one passed away and im not sure why she was my first chick that passed away in my flock. I got 2 more chicks yesterday and this morning one of them is acting a little bit how the deceased one is, lethargic, still laying down from sleep away from the rest of the chicks. She has been shaking her head trying to stay awake. Does anybody have any idea what I’m supposed to do??? I am giving her sugar water right now because I saw sm say that they need to do that on different a thread. She is still resposive, chirping, snatching her wing back here and there. And she js bit the syringe and is still concous of her balance.

She just pooped and it is a bit watery but there are sum brown chunks.
