Sussex x naked neck?

Hi, I am fairly new to keeping chickens and chickens for meat. I live in France and here the naked necks are popular for meat. I tried them and found them to be really nice. I also have some Sussex to breed with but haven't tried them yet. Now I don't know if anyone can help but I'm not very good with the whole genetics thing. I was wondering if I crossed my Sussex roo with a naked neck hen would I get a decent bird for the table. I was also wondering if it would grow a bit quicker than the Sussex. The naked necks are normally ready at about 14 weeks. But like I said I don't know what traits the parents would pass on and whether it would be pot of luck? Any advice is more than welcome. it's hard to answer that question from the US as I feel your birds must vary a lot from ours. I hope you get someone else from France who might answer that. If I may ask what do your NN birds weight at 1 weeks? Just curious what size you consider ready to butcher.
