My banties have been very good quality and some show potenial here.

Well my hatching did not go as plan. Faulty incubator and lost most of my chicks before they hatched.

I do have a new incubator and have production RIR eggs in it, scheduled to hatch just before the swap. Cross your fingers. If they hatch I will be bringing them, along with fertile eggs.

I only ended up with 3 Barred Rock pullets from my Jan hatch. I will probably keep those. I am still debating on it though.

I went ove to Lisa's (peepsnbunnies) to pick up some quail eggs. Came home with these.

She is hatching a ton of chicks for the swap.

Amber I seen your golden sebrights they are adorable. If they weren't spoken for I'd be tempted.

The OEGB are just the cuestest things ever. So looking forward to meeting everyone there.

I suggest if you have something to use for shade to bring it. Looks like its going to be hot that day. Also if you need directions let me know.

If you would like a copy of the flyer I made up for the event PM me with your e-mail and I'll send it.

I have some Barred Rock roosters around 6 to 7 mths old. Any one interested in those. If so I can bring them. Also have 2 EE roos for free that are 3 mths old.

Hi Amber - I will be bringing some silkie eggs. They are purebreed, but all my colors are running together, I have been getting mostly blue and splash from the ones I have been hatching. Istarted saving eggs yesterday I also will be bringing some coturnix quail eggs. I started saving the quail eggs today.

One week till the swap and my chicks are getting big. I have some stunning colors comming out and a few nice markings. I can't wait to sell them, I have 21 chicks in my back room. That's the most I have ever brooded. I think I'm going to set my brooder up in the coop next time.
