Midnight swam peacefully, he knew Felicity would discover him, but didn't mind. He would stand his ground.
Felicity lunged at Midnight. He snapped at her angrily, "I'm tired of you taking my territory. This is MINE and you know it!" Felicity hissed, "I took it fair and square!"

Eclipse swam about her territory. a muscovie flew overhead, landing in her territory. Eclipse was not like the other swans, she didn't mind ducks in the least. she enjoyed their company. she swam over to it. it was a little aftaid of her, it started swimming towards Midnight's territory. "no, don't go there!!" Eclipse called over to it. it stared at her quizzically. she dove down, grabbing a beakful of pondweed and offering it to the muscovy. "as long as i don't have a good reason to be mad at you, then i won't hurt you." she said soothingly. ((it's a really young muscovy, a female of probably about 5 1/2 months)) "did you get lost?" Eclipse asked her.

Foes: She tends to act hostile towards strangers, so chances are almost any swan will be considered an enemy.
Pond area: She occupies a small pond hidden within a large thicket of trees, although she'll occasionally wander into other's territories within the main lake.
Cygnets: She had six in the past, but they were killed along with her last mate by a fox.
History: Was born and raised by a line of swans that had almost always occupied the lake, and lived a fairly normal life up until the brutal murdering of her mate and young cygnets. She mourned for months, before toughening up quite a bit in order to get over her losses and to get on with her life. It is also to be noted she doesn't get along with males anymore; she believes they'll leave her like her mate did, and that devastation will take over her mind once again.
Personality: Easily frustrated and angered, the type of swan to flog anyone who dares wander into her path. She is convinced her last mate is still alive, as she could have sworn she had seem him get away after a fox attacked her family, though the chance of this is actually quite slim. Seems to be a bit crazed and delusional, most likely as a result of watching her children die before her. Because of this she built up a false sense of security, to reassure herself that none of this really happened and they may have gotten away from their killer.

Foes: N/A, though a little cocky towards males.
Pond area: A bit of a rogue. He claims no space of his own, and instead wanders about the edges of most territories until chased off.
Cygnets: Several batches.
History: Ndidi is a domesticated swan who belongs to a farm not too far from the lake. He was used in a breeding project with another swan, who had been leased by the ranch for the project for two years. Though it took him quite a while, the swan got over the departing of his mate and went on with life. He is allowed to roam the area, and normally comes back to the ranch to greet his owners and so forth, though he does in fact prefer socializing with the wild swans. He can be identified as a domesticated breeding swan by the red band on his leg, which reads "M#69SWA"
Personality: Flirty and rather social. He enjoys lurking around the edges of other's territories and trying to impress hens. Quite adventurous.

mate: who would want a mutt swan? nobody.

foes: everyone who makes fun of her, which ends up being pretty much everyone.
pond area: the large pond, she shares 2 acres with her sisters. they live only next to each other, and not next to anyone else.
cygnets: she will never have sygnets, she's a sort of a mule.
history: her mom (Faith) was raised in captivity, and her dad (Storm) came through the forest in her owner's backyard, bleeding and badly injured. as far as Storm knew, family was dead, and he had nobody left. (Storm was Eclipse's older brother) he stayed at her mom's owner's place, hoping to heal. in the prosses, Storm and Faith fell in love. Storm's condition continued to worsen, and he died a week after becoming Faith's mate. Faith was still deeply greiving him when her eggs hatched, and only three of them survived. the other two are Twilight's siblings. Faith soon died of greif, and Twilight, Destiny, and Graceful left into the wild and found the 10-acre pond. they still live there.

Crush: she doesn't have one, she knows she would only be setting herself up for heartbreak.
foes: whoever her Sibs don't like, she doesn't either.
pond area: on the oppsite side of Twilight, although she and all of her sisters really share their territory.

history: same as sibs
personality: she doesn't think before she acts, she just jumps right into a situation.
