Swans

My Dad says he would like to get a pair of swans. When is the time of year to get them, and is there a hatchery or someplace online that I can order a pair from?

Depending on the type you are looking for, many are hatching or laying now. I would avoid hatcherys as they are often very overpriced. You would be best finding a breeder near you. Also research the breeder well....can not stress that enough as I know some that I would never buy from.

Unsure of where you are located .There is a great waterfowl rescue organization that has many mute swans.It is in Indian Trail Nc,This is where I got my mute swans, tame and freindly.
