Swedish Flower Hen Thread

So wimberleytexaschick is going to seen me chicks later this month and last night while hanging around ebay i bid on some flower eggs one dollar more,5 mins to go and i got them.I was shocked .I guess ever one was asleep,i got them way below what they have been bringing .I have be bidding such high prices and still not getting them.Just had to share.

I got my first egg today from my 21-week olds! I believe it is SFH! It is small, but ooohhh sooooooo cute! It is the one on the right (the other is one of my huge BR eggs.)

Congratulations!! Little eggs...they have to get bigger or else nothing but their toes would fit!

jeremy, Jessica is splendid! I haven't seen one quite colored like her, and the black crest is a nice touch.

Bummer you can't keep your boy. The roos are the whole reason I went GaGa over these birds. I'm keeping three
and hoping that they all get along together.

I just put your "grand-eggs" in the bator but will take pics of eggs and chicks when they hatch

jeremy, Jessica is splendid! I haven't seen one quite colored like her, and the black crest is a nice touch.

I think it's so weird that her crest is Black, because she has Blue feathers on other parts of her body... genetically that should be impossible... because her crest/head should have been diluted to Blue too, or so I thought. Maybe her head is just really dark Blue.

I really like her though. I would definitely like to hatch some more eggs from another flock this year, too.

Hey knock kneed hen, I got a dozen eggs, he shipped them today.I still can't believe i got them.I hatch chicks every week but can't wait to get these.
