Swedish Flower Hen Thread

I have 3 Swedish Flowers that are almost 20 weeks old. 1 Hen and 2 roo's. At what age do the roo's start crowing? So far I have heard nothing. They seems pretty nice so far. This will be my first time with roosters. My flock is a mix of breeds. I have 19 total. 17 girls 2 boys.

Can Swedish Flowers be feather sexed? (Wing sexed?) I see several people discussing it on the forums. I have some photos of my little SFH hatcher I can post if they can be . . .
no they can not be feather sexed.
A pair! How exciting! Here's my new addition: Hoping she's a she! Any ideas what her grown-up feathers might look like? I know it's a bit of a guessing game, but if anyone has any that started this way, I'd love to see their adult plumage!
this one will look something like these

mine start crowing as early as 5 weeks. Each one depends on maturity of the cockerel and also if you have 2 cockerels and he is low man on the totem pole, he may never crow

What does everyone charge for chicks? I'm thinking of building a breeding barn and meed to choose the 5 breeds that would occupy the 3 spaces.

That's a pretty blue-based chick. I'll even guess a pullet because of her crouched stance. I guess I have a 50/50 chance. Your chick is kind of on the dark side of blue, so I think she might look like my Rosemary.

Hi guys. I'm seriously considering this breed as my first chicken purchase as straight run chicks or eggs, whichever works out the easiest. I know they're great at foraging for themselves, docile, and beautiful. Are they known to be flyers? Jail break chickens.
