Sweetest hen has what I thought was a prolapsed vent with severe scabbing. Gross pictures included

I’ve been giving her calcium in the form of tums, crushed in her food. Although I tried to j keep her quiet and no more than dim light for most of each day, she has laid 2 eggs since I noticed her trouble.
I am very concerned about not drinking or eating.
If she's not drinking and eating, then she's not getting the extra calcium.

I agree, you may need to tube or syringe fluids into her. The Tums doesn't dissolve/mix well in water, so cut it in pieces and just pop the pieces one at a time into her beak and let her swallow.
Hydration is extremely important, so work on that too.

She's been able to pass/expel 2 eggs with the prolapse like that?

Yes, it's a prolapse.

I'd keep the tissue moist with ointment, oil, honey, etc like you are doing.
The white crusty material is likley urates which will stick like crazy. Coconut oil or mineral oil applied can help keep that moist and it may eventually slough off.

The exposed tissue is quite dark and looks like it may be turning necrotic. The last photos of the tissue are from 1/8, do you have photos from today?

Keep working on her as you have, hopefully you'll eventually be able to push the tissue back in, but it sounds like she may be having a hard time with an egg as well now?
Sometimes prolapses are fixable, while other times they are not, so do the best you can.

I agree, I'd give her 1 Calcium Citrate daily. Keep her hydrated. Offer her normal feed wet or dry. Bits of egg may be of interest to her.

Favorite looks like a Sweet Girl! I loved my I

Yes! That’s why I’ve been trying to keep her in the dark so that she’ll stop producing eggs. She doesn’t make a sound when she passes the eggs either but it looks like it Hass to hurt so badly. She finally drank some last night. I wrapped her up in a blanket and held her, and she nestled right down and went to sleep. She stayed like that for five or six hours before she finally stirred and stretched. So I put her back in the crate, and she finally started drinking. This morning I made scrambled eggs for her and I crushed the Tums and mix it in with the eggs, or tuna or whatever it is that I’m feeding her. However, she did not eat the scrambled eggs, but has eaten a little bit of some crushed nugget treats that I put in for her. I just feel horrible, putting her through so much, even though she is so compliant, if it’s off or not. And since she doesn’t show any indication of discomfort, I worry that I am putting her through it and she’s just not showing it.

Do chickens normally just drain urates though? It just seems to be a slow leak all the time

This is after bath. I am worried about necrosis as well. I was more aggressive about trying to remove it, since she was allowing it. The piece that came off is the largest so far, the size of a quarter and between 1/8-1/4” thick. The prolapse does not seem as large as I first thought. I think the crust layer was quite thick.

With a prolapse and damage, yes they can leak like that.

It can take a few weeks to stop production. She would need to be in complete darkness for 16 hours each day to halt the reproductive process.
She has not laid an egg since Tuesday. I was able to palpate last night and I do not think she is egg bound right now.
Nap time. She is in the dark in the blanket, the photo makes it appear brighter than it is.

It looks a bit better.
I'd continue to do what you're doing but focus on getting the Calcium into her.
I know you must be thinking - Enough about the Calcium already, but I can't stress to enough how important it is to help with healing and retention of the reproductive tissue.

TUMS work fairly well, but if you can get some Calcium Citrate with D3 give her that instead. Once a day, just pop 1 tablet into her beak and let her swallow.
Sometimes they aren't interested in their normal feed, so change it up a little. Offer it wet, top it with a tablespoon of yogurt, egg, tuna, etc. Some hens seem to be really keen on things like tomato, cucumber and watermelon when they are "off" their feed.
