This was the exact opposite five years ago. I was too skinny and just didn’t eat much at all.
You are so right about perimenopause.
Once I hit PM, I gained weight.
It will be nice to find a happy medium.

Can't part with any of them! But one of the dogs is a grumpy old man. He's only good for about 4 more years, I think.

True that! Thanks for the reminder! I just want to jog this fat away! I WILL get there! A couple months ago I couldn't even get down the hall to the bathroom on my feet, I've made BIG progress!
