Swelling Above Pullet’s Eye

My sweet Kiwi appears to have an abscess over her eye. I was watching her and her sister Muffin all day today (thinking they may be turning cockerel on me) and I noticed later on that Kiwi has some sort of swelling that was not there earlier. It’s soft, almost pimple like. She hated me holding her and I was having a hard time taking pictures while keeping her still.

No other symptoms currently.

How is she today, has the swelling gone down?
Look for a scab where she may have been pecked. It could be from an insect bite as well.
If it hasn't gone down in a day or two or if it increases, you notice bubbles/discharge or pus in the eye, she develops other symptoms, then let us know.
