yep a box with holes punched in the sides and flaps to close so she doesn't get traumatized in the office by dogs, cats etc. I think most vets have the boxes that cats can be transported in you might be able to get one of those they have handles for easy carrying. They use to be fairly inexpensive too.
(He is a big German shepherd and he knows more than well not to mess with her.). 
Sounds like Quackers has spunk. Always makes me nervous when I hear of dogs running lose in neighborhoods when ducks are in fenced back yards. dogs are good jumpers. so always be vigilant.I will get a box or something to put her in while we are in the office.
I just forgot to tell you guys one of the funniest things she does. There are a TON of dogs in our neighborhood, and they come to look at Quackers sometimes. When they come to the fence, she fluffs up real big, puts her head down and charges at them repeatedly! Even the giant dogs that are as high as your waist! When my dog goes out into the yard and looks at her she just drops the whole tough guy act and runs
I brought her inside with her diaper a couple weeks ago and we recently got a new kitten ( 6 months old and just curious)and as soon as Quackers came in the door the kitten started watching her. I took Quackers in my room and put her on my bed and we were watching tv... So the kitten comes over and just barely peeks her head over the side of the bed to look at the duck and (ears back, giant pupils) and Quackers charges at the kitten and runs her out of the room! Then when I set Quackers on the floor and we where going back outside the kitten would dart by her about 3 in. away from her as if she was taunting her
I'm sorry you didn't get any answers.Trust me, I am very watchful when it comes to my baby girl. The vet said they didn't really know what was wrong. (they are dog and cat vets so I didn't expect them to.) And that they would call some other vets and ask about her then call me back tomorrow. I really hope they hurry.
She did very good in the car, she panted a little but that was just because she was stressed out. She snuggled with me most of the time. When we got to the vet there was 1 very old dog with hip problems in the waiting room. When they left I let Quackers out of her box and let her walk around for a bit while we waited. Then the receptionist asked through the window what the animal's name is, and if it was a dog or a cat and I said duck. (She couldn't see Quackers because she was by my feet) She stood up and saw Quackers and just started laughing and said "Hold on one second I have to come see her!" so she went around the building and told everyone to come and look. About 5 people including a man that walked in with an obese Chihuahua came over and started petting her and asking questions about her. She had been panting in the office but when everyone started paying attention to her she was all better. The Doctor looked at her feet while she was distracted by the other people
X's 2!!! If it were me, I would still do the iodine thing. It can't hurt and may just help draw whatever is in there out.
