I’ve had her seperated until I could get the eye back to a normal look and or the swelling to go down the welling down I do believe she’s lost function of the eye I just don’t want it to cause her further issues at this point. I had been using saline solution and I just started putting antibiotic ointment on it today because someone told me to 100% not do itI had helped you in another thread where saline and antibiotic ointment were recommended. What have you been treating her with? I am afraid her eye is blinded by the previous and present pictures. Chickens can get along with only one eye if they are kept in familiar surroundings. You can make sure that she is getting enough to eat and treat. Is she with the others now, or is she separated? Are they still picking on her?
Who told you not to put antibiotic on the eye?
