So, Sally’s eye swelling has gone down but it’s still looks fairly bad on the inside. She doesn’t seem to be too bothered by it though. this is the best picture I could get.

How long has her eye been like that? Was she pecked in the eye, or is she suffering from a respiratory disease that has caused conjunctivitis and a sinus infection? I would flush the eye with saline or an eye wash, then wipe off the crust on the face.Get some Terramycin eye ointment or Neosporin ointment and apply a small dab into the eye twice a day after flushing it.

her eye has been damaged for about two weeks now it seems to be healing but but I don’t think she will have function of it not sure if she got pecked or what happened but she hasn’t been having any breathing issues that I’ve noticed

I had helped you in another thread where saline and antibiotic ointment were recommended. What have you been treating her with? I am afraid her eye is blinded by the previous and present pictures. Chickens can get along with only one eye if they are kept in familiar surroundings. You can make sure that she is getting enough to eat and treat. Is she with the others now, or is she separated? Are they still picking on her?

I’ve had her seperated until I could get the eye back to a normal look and or the swelling to go down the welling down I do believe she’s lost function of the eye I just don’t want it to cause her further issues at this point. I had been using saline solution and I just started putting antibiotic ointment on it today because someone told me to 100% not do it

Who told you not to put antibiotic on the eye? That person was wrong and it didn't help the eye at all.

That red tissue is conjunctiva, and needs to be kept moist with ointment. Is there any pus in the eye? Hopefully, it will get better even though she has lost her sight. Keep us posted.
