swollen and scabby ear

Did you read the links in post 6? Those have a lot of info on removing scabs, treating with hydrogen peroxide, and neosporin in the canal.

You will need to get some of the crust removed and dig out any infection. Chicken pus is yellow and turns solid in time. The pus needs to be removed. @dawg53 is an authority on ear problems, and why I gave links to his posts. Here is the before and after pics of one link I posted:

I read all the posts you send. it basically says to soften it but it wonts soften. should I push on it with gloves like you would a pimple or blackhead? I want more clear instructions so i dont cause him any damage.

Do you see any swelling in her face, eyes, or around the sinuses or beak? Do you have something that you want to put in the water? It looks much improved.
