Swollen Ball of Foot -With Pictures

I have a leghorn hen that has had a little bit of swelling going on in her right foot for about a month now, and in the past few days it has gotten worse. At first I thought it would go away with time, but it hasn't.
She is a little over a year old, and is very healthy and active. She still comes over to the house to get treats, forages, ect., but she just has this lump in her foot. It has now grown to the size I am concerned about it bursting. Should I lance it? Her left foot has a little bit of swelling going on, but not nearly to the degree of her right. What should I do?

What you didn't show is the bottom of the foot. It might well be bumblefoot. Lots of thread on here about how to treat it. There's also an article:

Is there a black scab on the bottom? It looks like bumblefoot to me. Ruth has a great post somewhere here. Let me go hunt for it.

I looked on the bottom of the foot, and I didn't really see anything there. She is out foraging around right now, would be impossible to catch her. I will post a picture of the bottom of her foot tonight when I can catch her in the coop.

My hen has the same problem with no scab on the bottom of her foot....
