Swollen Bumblefoot pad

Re - rap every 24 hours to prevent the bandage from possibly irritating the foot. It's a good idea especially since you may be wrapping too tightly. The swelling on the toes could also be a sign of a secondary infection, like others have said. Do you use some sort of pad, such as a gauze to put on the foot before rapping it?

No, but I can use gauze now.

Can you soak the foot in an epsom salts bath, scrub it well, then get some more photos of what it looks like?

You may need to re-do the removing of the scab and squeeze out the infection.
Once you do that, pack the hole with triple antibiotic ointment, apply a small square of gauze, then wrap the foot - not too tight.
Keep her on clean dry bedding. A foot that is wrapped but is getting dirt/debris or wet is apt to getting re-infected.
Check the wrapping and foot every day and change the bandage as needed.
