Swollen callus looking cheeks

if anyone could help me figure out what is going on with this chick I'd really appreciate it... I've had chickens for 7 years now and have never seen this! My neighbor found this chick running around on her property, it very well could have been one of mine since I had a few hens sitting on eggs to be hatched. I offered to take it back and put it with my silkies. Just 4 days ago I noticed it's cheeks looked puffed out and reddish. Now it has grown and is calluses and lumpy and swollen! Her eye is now covered! She's eating and drinking and full of energy. My flock is healthy otherwise but I am hoping this is not something that is contagious!! Any input is appreciated.

I've never seen anything like that! My very first thought is abcessed and infected cheeks. My next was swollen head syndrome or possibly a severe allergic reaction. That's too much growth in a small window to be cancer, if it were my chick I'd contact a local vet asap before it spreads and possibly affects breathing.
