Swollen chick

Thay are fed premium chick starter and grit. He doesn't feel spongy. I am wondering if he ingested a piece of the pine shaving?
Here are a couple pics of a healthy chick.

I would logically think something was wrong too, but I had several chocolate orpingtons look puffy like that, even when their siblings looked fine. I suspected they would die, but they turned out fine. So I'd just try to keep the butt clean and dry, try a layer of vaseline/Neo/coconut oil on it, and make sure he drinks plenty to flush the system well.

He still looks swollen, but getting around eating and drinking. There is another that is looking a little swollen but nothing like this one. So far so good, I will keep him but if i think he is suffering i will put him down.
Thanks for all your help

UPDATE: My extra fat chick is fine, actually they all got very fat, almost obese. I moved them to a bigger space, separated their food and water to make them walk more. They have grown and look normal now, since they are butcher chickens I guess they grow very fast. Thanks to all who responded!
