I have a little pullet with a similar problem. I got 6 assorted rhode island reds, brown and black... one of the little black ones was hobbling eating and drinking only when I brought her to it... I separated her out this morning and she is standing better although she pigged out and her crop was big, she got a nice massage.. she is pooping... she is a touch better but hoping she is okay...
