Swollen cyst type bump under eye

I have a oe bantam that has a big cyst looking bump under one of her eyes. I treated with tylan for 1 1/2 weeks and then with another antibiotic for 1 1/2 weeks. There is no change. I don't dare to keep her on meds longer, especially if its not helping. Her eye is a little wet looking but not really draining and her nostrils look good. I think it is interfering with her sinuses though because she keeps her mouth open a bit all the time. Any idea what I should try next?

I don't know unless its a tumor or an abcess. Have you tried draining it?

I haven't tried draining it. Im nervous to cut into the area. Is there anything close to the surface there that I can cut?

Did you eventually find out what to do for this. My chicken has the exact same thing under her eye. We tried draining it but nothing came out.

does anyone have a response for this? I have a bantam hen whose eyes has progressed worse than this. If I can treat her I will has she is still fighting to eat and drink even though this buge blocks half her throat and she cant close her mouth.
