Swollen eye. No other sypmtoms

I would place him back with the other chicks if you can. If they pick on him, you could separate with a little netting or fence in the brooder. But they have all probably been exposed at the same time, so I cannot see a reason to separate him unless he is picked on. They eat better when together, and start forming a pecking order. Glad he is looking better.
I do feel bad for him being alone. I checked this morning: eye still the same, even with tylan and eye drops. Any other suggestions? Day 2 of meds, I wiped a little brown mucus from eye, but nothing since. I really thought he’d have turned one direction or another by now.

Is he eating and drinking normally? Is he alert? Try offering a 1/2 sppoonful of plain greek yogurt mixed with chick feed, water, and a small amount of egg yolk to get it eating. The yogurt helps with probiotics. Try to see if there is any pus behind the eye. You can gently squeeze or take a QTip to see if any comes out.

He is alert, eating and drinking. No pus that I could express. I just checked him again - looks like lids are showing a little of the eyeball now. I’ll have to get some yogurt (dairy allergy, so none in house). Thank you!
