Swollen Eye

I just noticed one of my reds has a swollen eye. It's white and has a clear liquid sweeping from it, I just isolated her from the flock. I've read several things and am still not sure which avenue to pursue for treatment. I am considering warm water press, then following with Neosporin. How can I tell if it's something worse or respiratory? What should I watch for? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
