Swollen eye

hi my Wyandotte has a swollen part above her right eye, she has no other symptoms and is behaving normally.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be and what I can treat it with?

Is it hard or soft? With the title, I was expecting to say she likely has a sinus issue, but these photos make me think it’s something else, like a little tumor or cyst or something. How quickly is it growing?

It’s an adult, 12 months old, laying. It feels a bit hard, like a boil.

Hi, it looks like it has foul pox. We treat that with garlic juice. The disease isn't that dangerous as long as it does not get into its nose. However I can see that it has another disease that seems to be common right now in Zim(we stay in Harare) it is called "bubbly eye". It is highly contagious and even if the symptoms go away the chicken is still a carrier. It is also past on through the egg to the chick. It is kind of like HIV in chickens. We have had 5 chickens with this problem and have had to separate and cull them.
