Swollen eye

So now that I addressed the bumblefoot with my girIs, which I visited a vet. Before I call the vet again, two of my girls have one swollen eye, same eye on both chickens. Their other eye is normal. They are eating normal, pooping normal, free ranging normal. Any ideas?

Swelling around an eye could be from pecking or injury, or a respiratory disease such as MG. Is there any bubbles in the eye, sneezing, or noisy breathing? It looks like she might have been pecked around her eye.

Hi there, she is the lead chicken so no one pecked her. There are no bubbles, sneezing or noisy breathing. We were just actually at the vet for bumble foot this past Monday, and he said she was healthy.
