Swollen Eye

so two days ago my daughters rooster got attacked by what we think was a hawk. at first his eye didnt look so bad. the next morning he had a swollen eye and white bubbles were coming out of it. then today the white bubbles are gone but his eye is still swollen. the eyeball is fine. but i dont know why around it its swelling or how to treat it.
what we have done already: cleaned it with a warm wet towel, put pain free neosporin on it, and gave him a bath. help! what should i do?

I don't know what to do about an injury like this. It sounds like you have done the right thing. You can give him an aspirin in water if he is in pain, but I don't recall how much aspirin in how much water.
