This is a picture of my pullet from today. The line is pointing to a new bump on the back of her head.

Backstory:
Today is day four of mysterious swelling. Only swelling on one side of my 19 week old pullets face. Her stool is normal and she is still eating and drinking. Acting normal. No random ant hills for her to get into, no general pests in the yard.

Day one I started with vetrx, but the swelling continued on day two so I started tylan 50 injection one time a day, 0.5 ml in the breast. No changes to her face on day three of tylan, and new bump formed.

She let's me manipulate the lumps and they are hard. No drainage from her eyes or nose. I am very confused as to what's going on and what the next step should be as this is my first sick chicken.

Do I need to drain this? What is the next step? Am I missing something I should know?

EDIT to add
I'm so heartbroken

I went to give her the antibiotics shot and when I drew back on the syringe pus came out of her breast. It's like a small bubble. I don't understand what's going on with her

I've had a hen with a sinus infection that responded to steroid eye drops in addition to antibiotic eye drops. I didn't drain her swelling.

I don't see why you can't drain the ones on your pullet if it appears to causing discomfort. Spray Vetericyn on the spots you will be inserting a needle.

Make sure the needle is sterilized. The fluid is probably just under the skin so only insert the needle as far as you need to to see fluid escape.

The swelling on the back of the head confounds me, though. If it's sudden, it's likely related to the sinus infection, if that's what this is.

I think you're already doing what needs to be done, and if you can get a vet to prescribe a steroid eye drop, you'd see some quicker results.

Tip: If you know any older friends and relatives who have gone through cataract surgery, ask them if they have any leftover eye drops in their medicine cabinet they want to donate for your pullet. That's what I use and they work great.

Can you see any red or dark marks that look like a peck wound or an insect sting? That doesn't look like the usual sinus infection swelling. There are 2 lumps on the face under and in front of the eye, around the ear, and on the back of her neck. Does she sneeze, cough, or have noisy breathing? Have you ever seen tumors or respiratory diseases in any other birds before?

Her breathing is normal which is why I am so confused. This is my first sick chicken, my flock has been pretty healthy. Also no marks or wounds

I'm bumping this because here on day 5 of mysterious swelling, the non swollen side of her face is starting to form a lump as well. I'm continuing with the tylan 50. She has no nasal drainage and her breathing is still normal. Please help.

I went to give her the antibiotics shot and when I drew back on the syringe pus came out of her breast. I didn't give her the shot. I don't understand what's happening. Her breast is all squishy and feels like it has fluid in it

@urbanadventure this has been going on for 5days and you've been treating with Tylan50 (for 5days?). Can you give us updated photos of both sides?

I agree with @Eggcessive this looks like an allergic reaction to something. The ear is quite swollen, have you been able to look inside it for any ticks or mites? Anything inside her beak - lesions/plaques or obstruction in the Chonal Slit (see this link:http://www.backyardchickens.com/t/1074036/sinus-infections)

Can you post photos of the breast - is there a blister there by chance?
Any possibility you didn't hit the breast muscle and got the crop instead - drew out food stuff instead of pus?
