Okay thank you! I wasn’t sure because a worker at Tractor Supply said Corid would work better than Tylan, but on Google it said otherwise.
How long should I give the Tylan to the sick chickens?

I'm very sure it's Mycoplasma infection i read about this in many sites you need taylan or Baytril 10%
I think Baytril is very good towards Mycoplasma but it's not recommended for egg laying hens
So tylan is good option also u can use neodox (neomycin + doxycycline) it's also very good in Mycoplasma

Does the tylan50 ensure the chicken gets better? The swelling seemed to have gone down, should I be worried about it coming back or infecting other members of the flock?
